Biological Threat: Anthrax

This is a U.S. Army presentation about the dangers of weaponized anthrax attack. The video was produced in 1999; two years before the 2001 anthrax attacks in the US. The specter of a possible anthrax attack is not a pleasant subject to consider, but it has happened both in the US and in Russia. The incident in Russia was actually not an attack but an accidental release of weaponized anthrax from a Russian military base, resulting in the deaths of approximately 100 civilians due to anthrax inhalation. That in itself is proof that this is a threat we should take seriously.
