Homemade sourdough bread

I've written before about making bread at home, but I haven't gotten around to trying sourdough yet. I do intend to experiment with it one of these days, but in the meantime, Voluntary Simplicity is a step ahead of me and has an article about it. Actually, I guess that makes it two steps.
